I was going to write a thoughtful reply to your original CraftSteak post.

But after seeing your second post, all I say is I have no choice but to take my wife and eat what appears to be a refreshing take on a "steak restaurant."

I've never been a fan of Tom simply due to the fact that I can't stand the concept behind Craft.

But I see my entry point here. I'll repost after devouring the CraftSteak experience.

(Still think we should protest in front of Otto demanding a pizza with a cracked egg on top. Mario: are you listening?)
