Cookshop Saturday afternoon

Went over to Cookshop for some brunch yesterday, and had two pretty awesome dishes, here's the porn:

Roasted chicken breast with toasted almonds, green olives, and golden raisins salad

Potato pancake, salt cod brandade, two poached eggs, Meyer lemon sabayon, and mizuna, (Wife's vote for best breakfast dish ever)
